4. We do not guarantee placement on search engines but I really think I can get you to page 1 in your city and for a nominal fee (about $15.00 per month), if you pay the fee the service will be guaranteed. (it can not be done any cheaper anywhere)
5. The leads will mainly be generated within your city area but if leads come from outside of your area they are still your leads.
6. There is no contract and at the end of 3 months you are welcome to discontinue service and the site will revert back to our parent company.
7. We will also add a Blog for a $50.00 fee and the blog if you are familiar with Blogging it is a pretty powerful tool. Blog and site are package deal and will remain together
8. We will work with you to help provide content and search engine placement because when you succeed you will tell others and that is how good relationships are developed.
9. If you would like we can also provide you a banner to sell our manual and for every purchase you will receive $50.00, there are many mortgage brokers that do not know loss mitigation and would be a good tool to make extra money.
